To many Merkur owners it's just "Carlisle". In more detail, it is the Ford Nationals in Carlisle, PA - the largest All-Ford car show in the world. The Merkur Club of America has been attending this show since 1996 and have won the "largest club" award many times over.
Carlisle is a chance to put faces to the names we've been communicating with over the years. It's a time to renew friendships and catch up on the latest in Merkur maintenance, modifications, and enhancements.
The show itself takes place at the 82-acre Carlisle, PA showfield. In addition to the car show itself, Ford Motor Company and Ford Performance will be on-site offering new car test drives, installations and special displays. Cars, parts, tools and memorabilia will be for sale in the world's largest Ford Automotive Flea Market.
After the show, the Merkur Club congregates at a nearby hotel to give out showfield awards and have a swap meet of our own.
